A cybersecurity training was held for employees of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, which was conducted by the Head of the cybercrime countermeasures department in Khmelnytskyi region of the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police, Oleh Diadyk, Director of the ERI No. 4, Mykola Marchuk, as well as 3rd year cadets - coordinator of the Center for Digital Awareness and Cyberhygiene of KhNUIA, Oleksandr Moiko, and senior educational department of the center, Maksym Sitalo.

In the context of digitalization and the constant growth of cyberthreats, the issue of protecting personal data and official information is becoming particularly relevant. That is why experts shared practical knowledge on the safe use of digital services, account protection, combating fraud, and basic rules of cyberhygiene.

Special attention during the meeting was paid to the issues of information security, responsible use of social networks and messengers, the importance of critical perception of information in the context of modern challenges. Mykola Marchuk also said that the university has a barrier-free driving school, where combatants, veterans, and people with disabilities have the opportunity to undergo training to obtain a category "B" driver's license.

Such events are an important step towards forming a culture of cyber hygiene and increasing the level of digital literacy of employees of local self-government bodies.
