Within the framework of the UN Development Program in Ukraine, an educational training was organized for cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of people with disabilities in police activities and the ethics of communicating with them", which was conducted by a senior lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and human rights Natalia Filipska.

She emphasized both the main issues of securing the rights of people with disabilities at the national and international levels, as well as building communication with them, taking into account the specifics related to their health disorders.
According to the results of the training, the cadets received appropriate certificates.
