As part of the veteran sports program, another table tennis class was held with the participation of a veteran, combatant and soldier of the 87th Territorial Defense Battalion Oleh Mashtaler, who was injured while performing combat missions in Sumy region.1.jpg)
Training began with a light warm-up, which helped to prepare and adjust to the class. Then Oleh got acquainted with the basic rules of table tennis and tried his hand at the game, practicing new skills in practice.
The class ended with relaxation exercises aimed at reducing emotional tension and restoring internal balance. Such training not only supports physical activity, but also contributes to improving well-being, helps restore emotional balance.

The class was conducted by Ihor Ostrovskyi, a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training, who helps veterans return to an active lifestyle through sports.
