The 2nd and 3rd year cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in a playful way acquainted children with the Traffic Rules for pedestrians, safety measures when crossing the roadway, rules of behaviour on the street without adults. Special attention was paid to safety measures in case of detection of explosive devices. The cadets explained to the children that if they find a suspicious or ‘unexplained’ object, they should not approach it or pick it up from the ground and should inform adults.

Inspector Kristina Tsvar of Vinnytsia Regional Department of the Main Office of the National Police in Vinnytsia Oblast, community police officer Vyacheslav Bugayenko of the Vinnytsia Regional Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Oblast, and representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Andrii Proutorov, a specialist of the ERI No. 3, and Oleksandr Skliar, a senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 - joined the active communication with the children.
