Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (KhNUIA) has launched cooperation with the University of Tirana (Republic of Albania).

The Declaration of Cooperation in the Fields of Education and Research was signed by the rectors of the two higher education institutions — Valerii Sokurenko and Artan Hoxha.

The document outlines the key areas of joint cooperation and establishes a foundation for implementing educational and research initiatives. The areas of cooperation include the exchange of experience and professional expertise, professional development opportunities, as well as participation of representatives of both universities in international academic and practical conferences, round tables, training sessions, and other events.

The partners also paid particular attention to the development of academic mobility opportunities for students and academic staff, strengthening the internationalization of the educational process, and preparing joint educational and research projects.

This new international partnership expands opportunities for KhNUIA to exchange European experience and establish professional contacts with representatives of the academic community of Albania.
