KhNUIA Expands International Cooperation with Police Educational Institutions in Europe

Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhii Bortnyk and Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Andrii Yashchenko paid a working visit to the Police Training Center in Legionowo (Republic of Poland).

During the meeting with the Center's management, they discussed the training of police personnel, the introduction of modern educational technologies, and the prospects for the development of international academic partnership. An important result of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation in the Field of Police Education, Professional Training, and Public Safety. The participants also exchanged experience in organizing the educational process and considered the possibilities of implementing joint educational and scientific initiatives.

Expanding cooperation with leading European partners contributes to the integration of KhNUIA into the international educational space, the introduction of best world practices, and the improvement of the quality of training of security sector specialists.

International cooperation remains an important component of the strategic development of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
