Yaromyr Slyvka, a student of the Driving School for People with Disabilities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a combatant, passed the theoretical training and successfully passed the exam at the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In 2023, Yaromyr went to defend Ukraine from the Russian invasion. During one of his combat missions in the city of Bilohorivka, Donetsk region, the soldier was seriously wounded. In addition to the loss of his lower limb, Yaromyr suffered serious bone and spinal fractures. Doctors made great efforts to save his life and health. After rehabilitation, Yaromyr returned home and decided to help his parents with the housework. So he needed to buy a vehicle and learn how to drive it. So he started studying at the driving school of KhNUIA.
Now Yaromyr is preparing to practice driving a specialized car with additional certified equipment.
We invite everyone to take the training and get a driver's license for the right to drive a category "B" vehicle, and for those who have a license, to relearn how to drive a car with manual control.
