Third- and fourth-year cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in training in topography and tactical medicine conducted by servicemen of the special forces unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The programme involved intensive training in orienteering, map reading and first aid skills in the field. The main goal of the training was to develop confidence in extreme situations where accuracy and speed can save lives.
