Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs worked out tactical scenarios as close as possible to the real conditions of service. During the practical lesson, students simulated actions to use police coercive measures in repelling an attack by an armed group. Particular attention was paid to tactics for responding to threats to the lives of police officers and members of the public, as well as to the movement of small tactical units in open terrain.

The training session was conducted using training weapons, a ‘Lasertag’ system and personal protective equipment. Lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training joined the training alongside a member of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which allowed the training to be as close as possible to real-life service conditions whilst ensuring compliance with personal safety measures..jpg)
