On the Day of Heroes of Ukraine, representatives of the cadet self-government of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs honored the memory of the fallen defenders. Among them are graduates of the higher education institution and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who gave their lives for the freedom, independence and future of the Ukrainian state.

The cadets expressed deep respect and gratitude to the Heroes, noting their unwavering patriotism and devotion to the Motherland. As a sign of respect for the feat of the defenders, they laid flowers to the portraits placed on the Alley of Memory.

“Their feat will forever remain in our hearts as a symbol of high courage, self-sacrifice and indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian warrior,” emphasized the participants of the honoring.
