The main purpose of the event was to discuss the stages of the project, report on the first year of its implementation, and address key issues, including financial aspects. Oleksii Serdiuk reported on the achievements of the Ukrainian consortium members and financial expenditures, and presented proposals for improving project management mechanisms.
During the meeting, it was agreed to sign a Declaration of Cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the University of Applied Sciences of Public Administration and Legal Affairs in Bavaria, which will help expand joint educational and scientific initiatives. Particular attention is paid to establishing international cooperation in the scientific field, implementing joint events and publications in leading journals.
The RESONANT project brings together scientists, educators, and practitioners from European countries, including Italy, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The main objectives of the project are to analyze and counteract manipulative information practices that affect the diaspora community.

Participation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the project allows the educational institution to strengthen its international relations, integrate into the European scientific space and introduce innovative developments into the educational process and scientific research.
