On June 2023, the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection represented by its Head Petro Volianskyi, and the Higher School of Public Administration, represented by its Director Yulia Lykhach, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.

The subject of this agreement was the establishment of cooperation on scientific-practical projects and programs, joint scientific and educational events including international activity, exchange of study visits and experience, publication activity, development of information and methodological materials on the issues of public administration and civil service, professional development of civil servants, local government officials, heads of local state administrations, members of local councils, and development of proposals for the operation of institutions under martial law.
