The football team of the National Academy of Internal Affairs "Dynamo – Academy" became the winner of the XIX Ukrainian Football Championship among Higher Education Institutions of the 2019-2020 season, winning the right to represent the country at European and world championships.

The final match took place on October 20 on the football field "Vita-Arena" (Vita-Poshtova village) of the Educational and Scientific Institute №1 of NAIA. The rival of Dynamo was the team of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics "KNUTE-Mercury". The result of the match was 4:1 in favor of Academy.

Both teams have already met during the final match of the XXI Football Championship of Kyiv among student teams of the Higher Education Institutions of the 2019-2020 season. Then in the championship of the capital NAIA had earned silver.

So today Dynamo played a rematch.

This year, the NAIA team took part in this championship for the first time and immediately won the title of football champion among Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions of the 2019-2020 season. Dmytro Shyrai, "Dynamo – Academy" player, was named the top scorer of the season.
