The sporting event was held among students of higher education institutions of Vinnytsia region under the auspices of the Youth Policy Department of Vinnytsia City Council and Vinnytsia Youth Council. The competition was attended by members of the SHIELD team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The head of the group is Ihor Vlasenko, associate professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Training.

In a principled and persistent struggle, the university team took first place among 10 teams. The team consisted of cadets of the ERI №2: Vladyslav Mushka, Yaroslav Slatin, Iryna Kozlova, Yurii Nosulko and Volodymyr Androshchuk.
