26-28 лютого 2025 року на базі On February 26-28, 2025, the kettlebell championship among cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was held at the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs in Lviv. 11 teams took part in the championship, including the team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

In the individual competition, the university cadets demonstrated high results and received awards as winners and prize-winners of the competition.
3rd year cadet Kyrylo OHIIENKO took second place in the weight category up to 63 kg.
4th year cadet Volodymyr HRYTSENKO – second place in the weight category up to 73 kg.
3rd year cadet Oleksandr PONOCHOVNYI – first place in the weight category up to 85 kg.
3rd year cadet Vadym MALYI – 1st place in the weight category over 95 kg.
2nd year cadet Serhii LOBYNSKYI – 3rd place in the weight category over 95 kg.

In the overall team competition, the university team took 2nd place and was awarded a Cup and a diploma.
