A high level of training and sportsmanship was demonstrated by the cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Artem Levchenko during the European Championship and the World Cup in universal combat, which took place in Turkey.

Universal combat is a complex sport that combines overcoming a special obstacle course and hand-to-hand combat. It is the fight in the ring that is the decisive stage, where athletes demonstrate endurance, technique and willpower.

Artem competed in the weight category over 95 kg and won several prizes in different sections:
• in the “light” section, he won gold at the European Championship and first place at the World Cup;
• in the “classic” section, he took third place at the European Championship and third place at the World Cup.

Such results are a vivid testimony to the cadet’s perseverance, strength of character and systematic training. At the same time, they confirm the high level of development of the sports direction at the university and the effectiveness of combining the educational process with physical training.
