The intercultural exchange united the student youth of the two countries and provided an opportunity to expand and strengthen friendly ties, deepen and further develop relations between Ukraine and Lithuania. The event included visits to a number of Ukrainian cities. During the trip to Vinnytsia and Kyiv, the students visited universities, where they met with representatives of student councils and youth organisations, discussed topical issues of youth policy, civic engagement and challenges facing young people in times of war. They also talked to representatives of local authorities, took part in cultural events and thematic workshops.

In the cities of Irpin and Bucha, the programme participants visited the sites where the tragic events of the Russian occupation took place and visited locations that have become symbols of the resilience and pain of the Ukrainian people. These meetings and excursions left a deep emotional impact and helped to shape an understanding of the importance of peacekeeping efforts, human rights protection and preservation of historical truth.

During the meeting, Ukrainian and Lithuanian students discussed the experience of intercultural interaction for further cooperation and mutual support of the youth of both countries.
