Yevhen Maksymchuk, a student of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, was trained in first aid in Ivano-Frankivsk with the participation of representatives of the Maltese Aid Service (Republic of Poland). Yevhen is a volunteer with this organisation and believes that first aid skills are essential in his chosen profession, especially during the martial law regime. This knowledge will help save many lives.

The certificate enables him to use his knowledge not only in Ukraine but also in other European countries.
