Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with inspectors of the domestic violence sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi region handed out leaflets to passers-by with advice on how to stop violence in the family and in society and where to go to get help from its manifestations.

Participants of the campaign urged citizens not to remain silent about violence from their relatives or friends, as domestic violence is not a problem for a single family, it requires state intervention, and victims need effective protection.

We can overcome such a shameful phenomenon as domestic violence only together. Every person who cares can make a contribution to this cause by changing their consciousness and their attitude to the manifestations of violence around them.
