Teachers of the Department of Special Physical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Ihor BOIKO and Andrii LADYNIAK, together with a combat participant Andrii NITSAK, who served in the 82nd Brigade of the Internal Affairs Corps, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Special Physical Training".

The cadets practiced the technique of kicks and defensive actions against them. Special attention was paid to the basic elements that are the basis for further mastering self-defense tactics. During the training, they practiced different types of kicks: forward, sideways, backward, side, as well as appropriate defense techniques.

The participation of Andrii NITSAK made a special impression on the youth: despite the loss of his right hand, he himself demonstrated the exercises and helped the cadets to perform them correctly.

Such classes contribute to the development of coordination, speed of reaction and physical endurance, as well as form self-confidence and the ability to act in conditions of threat.

At the end of the event, Andrii NITSAK, who was awarded the Order of Merit of the 3rd degree by the President of Ukraine, shared his own combat experience. He emphasized the importance of maintaining physical fitness and team spirit in the difficult conditions of modern warfare.
