The MMA World Championship among youth and adults was held in Tbilisi (Georgia) from September 27 to October 2, 2025. Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the competitions and took prizes among the youth:

1st place – 3rd year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Artem OLIINYK in the weight category up to 74.8 kg;

2nd place – 2nd year cadet of the ERI No. 2 Yana SHELEMBA in the weight category up to 61.2 kg.

The national team of Ukraine among almost 600 athletes from 61 countries proved that the strength of spirit, indomitability and high skill of our fighters have no limits. According to the results of the competition, Ukrainian athletes won 5 gold, 4 silver and 7 bronze medals and with this brilliant result won the first overall team place in the world!
