The UNION International Cultural Center opened an interactive exhibition "Moments of Resilience Every Day," which was attended by applicants for higher education from the OSUIA. The exhibition is organized with the support of UNICEF in Ukraine.

A feature of the exhibition is the emphasis on ordinary, but very significant moments that help us maintain internal balance: nature walks, creativity, communication with loved ones, meditation or even simple pauses in routine. Visual images and installations demonstrate how these moments can be powerful resources for resilience under stress.

The interactive exhibition "Moments of Resilience Every Day" immerses adults and children in the topic of caring for mental health and introduces them to simple auxiliary tools that will be useful in their daily routine.

The events initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska throughout the country within the framework of the All-Ukrainian program "How are U?" are important for all segments of the population, including for applicants for higher education of the university.
