The mayor congratulated students, lecturers and Rectors of the city's universities on International Students' Day, thanked the young people for their contribution to the development of Kharkiv even in difficult war conditions, and wished them success in their studies and future achievements.

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, cadet Lina Kharlamova and cadet Valeria Dehtiarova, received the Mayor's gratitude.

Ihor Terekhov noted that young people have always played a significant role in the Hero City of Kharkiv and in Ukraine in general: ‘You are the generators of change in our city. Of course, you have faced very difficult challenges, because it is very difficult to study during the war. I am sure that the knowledge you are gaining will be useful in your future life, will help you achieve your goals and contribute to the development of Kharkiv and Ukraine.’
