As part of international groups, the cadets participated in classes dedicated to operational communication and procedural justice in police activities. The program combined theoretical lectures, practical exercises, psychological training and practicing conflict de-escalation skills. The classes were conducted by teachers and experts from police and civilian educational institutions in Norway, Iceland, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. During the practical classes, the participants practiced the algorithms of police actions in simulated work situations, in particular when responding to reports of offenses, cases of domestic violence and violations of public order. Professional actors were involved in the exercises, which ensured a high level of realism in the educational process.
