The participants discussed a wide range of topical issues related to the functioning and development of the public service under martial law and the post-war restoration of the state. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of European standards in the field of public administration, improvement of legislative regulation, digitalization of state processes, formation of an honest public service, development of language competence of employees, ensuring barrier-free access and restoration of an effective management system in the deoccupied territories.
As part of the scientific forum, Olena Syniavska presented a report on the topic "Anti-corruption culture in the public service system of Ukraine under martial law", in which she focused on the role of the principles of integrity and transparency in the activities of state authorities..jpg)
Under the scientific supervision of the Professor, second-year undergraduate student Daniil Oliinyk prepared the abstracts of the report "Personnel reserve for deoccupied territories: mechanisms of involvement and professional adaptation", dedicated to the current aspects of staffing the processes of restoring the liberated territories of Ukraine.
Masters Veronika Zholtikova and Polina Semeshko also joined the conference, who participated in the event as listeners and had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern scientific approaches to solving public administration problems.
Following the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific papers, which will become a valuable source of professional information for scientists, teachers, representatives of government bodies, as well as students and postgraduates.1.jpg)
The participation of representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in such scientific and practical events contributes to the expansion of academic cooperation, the integration of the university community into the all-Ukrainian scientific and educational space, and the introduction of modern approaches to the training of future law enforcement specialists.
