Employees of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI №3 - Professor of the Department, Doctor of Psychology, Professor Natalia Miloradova and Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor Victoria Dotsenko successfully completed the third rehabilitation program “The Way to Victory” within the framework of the public rehabilitation project “SEARCH FOR FUTURE”. The program was attended by 20 psychologists from different regions of Ukraine.

The program participants learned and worked on various self-help methods and techniques to overcome compassion fatigue and recover from traumatic events, effective techniques for accumulating resources, assessed their psycho-emotional state, and considered approaches to preventing and overcoming professional burnout. 

Psychologists from the security and defense sector of Ukraine improved their professional competence in practical work with stress and trauma, and developed skills of psychological recovery.
