Representatives of the Cadet and Student Self-Government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (KhNUIA) took part in the regional forum “Career, Entrepreneurship, Grants and Opportunities for Youth.”

Participation in such events helps young people better understand professional opportunities, learn how to transform their ideas into practical projects, identify resources for their implementation, and make use of available support programmes. It also provides an opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop initiative, communication skills, teamwork abilities, and project management competencies.
During the forum, participants communicated with experts and entrepreneurs, learned about opportunities for starting their own businesses, preparing project proposals, finding grant programmes, and attracting funding. Particular attention was paid to practical tools that support the development of personal initiatives and help establish partnerships for their implementation.

The event was initiated by Iryna Borzova, Member of the Parliament of Ukraine and Chair of the Subcommittee on State Youth Policy of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Youth and Sports.

For representatives of the Cadet and Student Self-Government, participation in the forum became an opportunity to explore practical tools for professional and personal development that can be useful both during their studies and after graduation. The knowledge gained and new contacts established will help them become more actively involved in the development and implementation of student and youth projects, seek opportunities for their support, and present their initiatives more effectively.
