Elective classes are organized with the purpose of acquiring by cadets practical knowledge and skills in the arrangement of shelters in conditions close to real.

The measures were conducted by the department of organization of service of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs with the participation of applicants of the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine and the faculty of training specialists for bodies of pre-trial investigation of the National Police of Ukraine.

During the class, cadets learned to build the simplest fortification and protective structures. Emphasis was placed on the step-by-step algorithm of arrangement of such objects and compliance with the rules of their operation.

Similar measures allow to consistently increase the readiness of cadets to the requirements of future service in wartime conditions.

The organizers emphasize that classes in engineering training will continue in the future with the aim of improving skills and abilities in the arrangement of positions of deployment of personnel in field conditions and the performance of tasks of engineering support of actions of units.
