February 27, Odesa State University of Internal Affairs celebrates the 103rd anniversary of its foundation. During the next meeting of the Academic Council, the university staff was congratulated on an outstanding date by the rector of the police colonel Viacheslav Davydenko and the head of the General Development of the National Police in Odesa region, police colonel Ivan Zhuk.

Odesa State University of Internal Affairs since the full-scale invasion of Russia to our country for a day did not stop its activities. Despite all the difficulties faced by the university from the first days of the war, air alarms, blackout, training in mixed mode, the university carried out the educational process, conducted scientific research, published scientific and educational publications, operated sports sections.

Addressing the staff, the rector of the university Viacheslav Davydenko noted that Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, combining traditions and experience, continues to develop rapidly, embodies new technologies in the educational process and practical training.

- Today the University moves forward, sets new goals and achieves them, contributing to the Victory. The activity of the university would be impossible without the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, volunteers and all those people who defend our state and fight for its independence! I wish that we celebrate the next anniversary under the peaceful sky of our invincible state. Prosperity, new ideas and victories, peace and harmony! Glory to Ukraine! - added Viacheslav Davydenko.

On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the institution of higher education, a number of employees and applicants for higher education were noted by entering a photograph on the University Honor Board and received the awards "Best Worker" and "Best Applicant for Higher Education."
