Representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs joined the «Trees of Remembrance» campaign, dedicated to honoring the memory of fallen children, civilians, and the defenders of Ukraine, and to commemorating their heroic deeds.

The event took place on the Alley of Memory and Honor near the building of the Peresyp District Administration in Odesa. Representing the university at the commemoration were assistant to the Rector Serhii Kozachenko, Inna Karabiievska, a leading specialist in the Department of National and Patriotic Education, and cadets from the institution.

The commemorative event was held with the support of the Odesa City Military Administration, the city’s district administrations, the Odesa City Council’s Department of Veterans’ Affairs, civic organizations, military personnel, and family members of the fallen.

We bow our heads in memory of all those whose lives were taken by the war. We remember each and every one of them. We honor the heroism of those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s freedom and independence.

May the fallen rest in peace. Eternal glory to the Heroes of Ukraine.
