Аs part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, representatives of the OSUIA together with EUAM and the NGO “Tenth of April”, organized an awareness-raising event in a park in Odesa to draw the attention of city residents to this issue.

Representatives of the OSUIA together with EUAM prepared a photo zone where participants could choose a statement that resonated with them and argue why domestic and other types of gender-based violence have no place in modern Ukraine.

By scanning the QR codes on the banner, everyone could get acquainted with the contacts of support services for victims, as well as intervention strategies if they witnessed violence. 

In addition, representatives of partner organizations were presented with a brochure prepared by the university in cooperation with EUAM with information about all the memorial days of the campaign and possible focuses of attention during each of them.

During the campaign, the city residents were also provided with information on the university's admission and studying conditions.
