An interactive quest titled «The Path to Equality» was held at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, aimed at raising awareness among young people about the principles of gender equality, non-discrimination, and the creation of a safe educational environment.

The event was organized by the CO «The Tenth of April» in collaboration with the Center for Gender Education, the Department of Police Administration, the Department of Civil Law, and the International Cooperation Office of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

The event was attended by university students who, working in teams, visited themed stations and completed practical tasks designed to challenge gender stereotypes, develop critical thinking, build skills in tolerant communication, and foster an understanding of the principles of equal rights and opportunities.

During the quest, the young people analyzed real-life situations involving discrimination, distinguished between the concepts of «gender» and «sex», learned to use gender-sensitive language, developed their own formulas for equality, and explored ways to create a safe and inclusive educational environment.

The quest was organized with the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Ukraine.
