OSUIA held an informational and educational event with cadets from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, focusing on cybersecurity and safe online behavior.

The event was moderated by Police Captain Kateryna Vrublevska, a senior investigator with the Cybercrime Division in the Odesa region.

During the meeting, the cadets learned about current cyber threats, common online scams, and methods for countering phishing and social engineering, and received practical recommendations on protecting personal data and using digital services safely.

Special attention was given to the activities of the “Brama” project, which aims to identify and block hostile content, counter disinformation, cyber threats, and the dissemination of illegal materials on the Internet.

A representative of the Cyber Police shared her practical experience in combating cybercrime, discussed current trends in cybersecurity, and emphasized the importance of following digital safety guidelines in everyday life.
