OSUIA hosted a training course titled “Cybersilience Through Cross-Border Preparedness, Incident Response, and Recovery in Law Enforcement Agencies” in a hybrid format.


The event was held with the participation of Dragos-Gabriel Dima (Romania), Senior Cybersecurity Advisor for the EUAM mission on reforming Ukraine’s civil security sector. The course also involved experts from the European Union on cybersecurity, representatives of the National Cybercrime Unit of the Romanian General Police Inspectorate, the National Cybersecurity Agency, and the “Resilience Core Initiative” Association.


Participants discussed current issues related to ensuring cyber resilience, responding to cyber incidents, and combating online fraud and social engineering, and learned about the latest challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence and DeepFake technologies. Special attention was given to practical cybersecurity tools and the development of international cooperation in the field of countering cyber threats.
