Тhe first deputy head of the Kherson District Police Department, head of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region, Police Colonel Alona Kmet, gave a lecture to graduating cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine at OSUIA.

The topic of the session was «Specifics of investigating crimes in the sphere of illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, and illegal trafficking in weapons committed by organized criminal groups under martial law».

During the lecture, Alona Kmet shared her practical experience of working under martial law, drawing attention to the specifics of evidence gathering, interdepartmental cooperation, and the importance of compliance with the law when documenting criminal activity.

The event aimed to improve the professional training of future investigators and develop their practical skills in investigating crimes that pose a heightened danger to society.
