This year’s Ukrainian Indoor Archery Cup for athletes with musculoskeletal disorders brought together strong and motivated athletes from across the country. Approximately 60 participants representing 13 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition.

A notable feature of this year’s tournament was the large number of military personnel among the participants. For many of them, archery has become a new chapter in their lives – a sport they discovered while undergoing rehabilitation.

Alongside the newcomers to the competition were experienced athletes who have already achieved significant success at the national and international levels.

Oleh Avtomieienko, a veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war and head of the course at the Odesa Center for Initial Professional Training «Police Academy» of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, delivered an impressive performance. He took second place in the competition.
