Сadets and students of the OSUIA, headed by the rector of the university, Dmitry Shvets, took part in the all-Ukrainian patriotic race in memory of the fallen soldiers "I HONOR THE SOLDIERS, I RUN FOR THE HEROES OF UKRAINE."

At the beginning of the event, the participants honored with a minute of silence the bright memory of the soldiers who fell during the performance of combat missions to protect the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and civilians who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper and the rector of the OSUIA, police colonel Dmitry Shvets, addressed the audience.

We honor and remember everyone who gave his life defending the will and independence of the state.

Each participant of the race at will overcame a distance of 2, 5, 10 km.

As a result, the cadets of the OSUIA took the following prizes:

at a distance of 2 km:

- the second place was taken by Vladislav Karpenko;

- Alexander Oshchepkov took third place;

Volodymyr Peresunko won the second place at a distance of 5 km.
