Аn open training session in Makotokai Karate (MKIA) was held at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

The event was organized by the Department of tactical-special and special physical training.

The training session was led by the president of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization «NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MAKOTOKAI KARATE OF UKRAINE», hanshi Ihor Levytskyi (7th dan MKIA).

The purpose of the event was:

- improving the technical skills and performance of the association's top athletes;

- practicing adaptive sports alongside veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war;

- involving cadets and students from the OSUIA in martial arts training;

- coordinating future joint sporting events at the higher education institution.
