Аn off-site practical joint training session was held for cadets of the Educational and Research Institute for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine’s Odesa Regional Department on the topic: «Police Activities in Conditions That Complicate the Operational Situation, as Well as Under Martial Law» at the «Service 112» Communication Center in Odesa with representatives of the State Institution «Center for Infrastructure and Technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine».

During the event, the cadets learned about the specifics of how the 112 Service operates, the procedures for receiving and processing reports from the public, the protocols for rapid response to incidents, and the mechanisms for coordinating actions among relevant agencies when the operational situation becomes more complex.

Particular attention was paid to issues related to information sharing, police coordination with other emergency response agencies, decision-making under exceptional circumstances, and the specific challenges of operating under martial law.
