Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received an all-terrain vehicle and modern firearms from Vinnytsia community. The Rector of the university, Third-Rank Police General Valerii SOKURENKO expressed gratitude for the support and emphasized the importance of this assistance: “Despite the fact that we train police officers, cadets must undergo basic military training. There is a war going on in the country, and everyone must be ready for any challenges. The car will be used in the daily activities of the university - for safe and convenient travel to training grounds and shooting ranges to conduct military engineering, fire and tactical and special training classes. Modern weapons will ensure the organization of training at a professional level, this will allow cadets to master the necessary skills during shooting classes and significantly increase their level of training.”

One of the co-founders of the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters, the mayor of Vinnytsia, Serhii MORHUNOV, noted that from the first days of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs’ stay in Vinnytsia, the community has been supporting the institution in every way: “From the very beginning, we took care of creating comfortable conditions – we provided the necessary furniture, organized everyday life, and helped with the arrangement of premises. It is important for us that future police officers have decent conditions for training. We will continue to look for opportunities to develop the university and improve its material and technical base.”
