Anna Sushkova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of KhNUIA, completed a course as part of the four-month project “Promoting Mental Health and Psychosocial Support through Dialogue Facilitation” by “ME AND MY SCHOOL” in cooperation with the international non-governmental humanitarian organization “IsraAID in Ukraine”, which took place in Kyiv.
During the final module, the participants learned about the concepts of bullying and discrimination, as well as the algorithm for responding to bullying in an educational institution.

During the training, the participants of the educational program gained knowledge for a deeper understanding of conflicts in educational institutions, acquired skills in applying a dialogic approach and practical tools for dialogue, and strengthened their personal resilience.
Based on the results of the training, Anna Sushkova received a certificate of a full-time course with a study load of 1.3 ECTS credits (40 hours).
