Iryna Hloviuk, Ph.D. in Law and professor in the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, received an award following the results of the Third Professor Vasyl Tatsii Research Paper Competition.

The competition was organized by the public organization «All-Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law» in the following categories: crime prevention policy; current issues in criminal law, criminology, and penal law; international criminal law; and the criminal and penal laws of foreign countries.

Iryna Hloviuk received a Second-Class Diploma and a medal for her article «The Presentation of the Contextual Element in Sentences Under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: An Analysis of Judicial Practice».
