Тhe Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor Hanna Teteriatnyk, took part in the Train-of-Trainer Development Programme on Investigative Interviewing.

The programme was developed and is implemented by the JustLearn Development Hub of JustGroup with the support of the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights at the University of Oslo.

The programme brought together 16 graduates of the basic investigative interviewing courses, who will have the opportunity to gain practical experience as observers and co-trainers and, in the future, join the national team of expert trainers.

Over the course of three intensive days, participants refreshed and enhanced their knowledge and practical skills in investigative interviewing, worked through the programme modules, and practiced delivering training sessions. A key component of the programme was close cooperation with experienced trainers, who acted as mentors and supervisors, providing individual feedback and supporting participants in reflecting on their personal training style, professional role, and responsibility for maintaining and disseminating high standards of investigative interviewing.
