The measures are carried out due to the prolonged absence of electricity supply. The briefing before going out on patrol routes was conducted by the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.

Cadets and officers of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs joined joint patrols together with employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Joint patrols ensure enhanced protection of public safety, maintenance of law and order, prevention of offenses, and provision of assistance to citizens under conditions of limited lighting and reduced visibility at night.

This initiative makes it possible to increase the level of citizen safety at night and during blackout conditions, ensure rapid response to calls and appeals from residents, demonstrate the readiness of the university’s personnel to perform tasks related to the protection of public safety and order in extreme conditions, and so on.

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continues to remain on guard of safety and stability in the region.
