Representatives of the OSUIA took part in the 4th Annual Yosyp Lvovych Bronz Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure, organized by the Odesa Regional Bar Association.

Speakers at the Forum include judges from the Supreme Court, the High Anti-Corruption Court, and the Odesa Court of Appeals, as well as prominent attorneys and lobbyists.

Iryna Hloviuk, a professor in the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, delivered a presentation titled “Recent Case Law of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine: Opportunities for Attorneys,” in which she discussed the practical application of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s decisions regarding the defense, appeals against rulings by investigating judges, and the determination of bail amounts.

Artem Pytomets, a lecturer in the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, served as the Forum’s General Partner, supporting the event and the development of the professional legal community.

The participation of university representatives in such events demonstrates their ongoing professional development and significant contribution to the advancement of legal education, scholarship, and practice.
