At the invitation of the Supreme Court, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of KhNUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksandr Kukhariev joined the working group of the Scientific Advisory Council, whose participants considered controversial issues related to the recognition of transactions as invalid that arise in judicial practice.
