For her personal contribution to the development of criminalistics and criminal procedure, Professor Oksana Pchelina, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organisation of Pre-trial Investigation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, was awarded a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists in accordance with the Resolution of the Presidium of the Borys Paton National Prize Committee.
