Volodymyr Piadyshev, Doctor of Law and professor in the Department of Criminal Analysis and Information Technology at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, has been awarded a lifetime state scholarship for his outstanding contributions to higher education.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution to this effect, awarding lifetime state scholarships to researchers and educators who have made significant personal contributions to the development of higher education and science in Ukraine.

According to a government decree, starting September 1, 2026, Volodymyr Piadyshev will receive a lifetime government scholarship.

Volodymyr Piadyshev is a Doctor of Law, professor, and renowned Ukrainian scholar, as well as the author of numerous monographs, textbooks, study guides, and scholarly works. For many years, he has been actively engaged in research and teaching, making a significant contribution to the development of legal scholarship and the training of highly qualified lawyers and law enforcement officials.
