The psychological support of the camp training continues, one of the stages of which is the psychological diagnosis of the new cadets. During group sessions, psychologists create conditions for mutual trust, establish a level of psychological and emotional compatibility in teams, and explain how to develop the ability to act and solve problems together.

Several tests are used to determine the psycho-emotional state of cadets, some personality traits and characteristics so that the psychologist can prevent possible difficulties during the adaptation period and provide psychological support if necessary.

The analysis and correlation of the test results, individual interviews and interactive assessment methods makes it possible to make a forecast of the success of training and the development of professional abilities of young men and women.
