As part of the measures to support war veterans, senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Ihor OSTROVSKYI conducted another specialized session on rehabilitation swimming for participants in hostilities.
The training was joined by a soldier of the 78th Separate Airborne Assault Regiment Serhii OMAROV and a colonel of the State Border Service of Ukraine Orest MOROZ, who are undergoing a course to improve their physical condition and restore psychological balance after injuries.
The program is aimed at strengthening the musculoskeletal system, improving coordination and general well-being. Exercises are selected taking into account the individual needs of the participants, which allows achieving better results.
The university continues to implement initiatives within the framework of the “Indestructible” MIA project, aimed at supporting the defenders of Ukraine. Caring for veterans is an important step for their return to a full life.
